Welcome As you walk along the river back you spot something flash by and you pause. Maybe it's dangerous, it is starting to get dark out. But you must go this way, no sense in turning around now. You go on but your pace quickens. Just then something catches your eye and you pause again. Slowly you turn your head. Sitting on a boulder is a lone red fox. Staring at you intently but not moving. It's eyes gleam as if in a trance. A bird flys over head and your momentarily distracted, when you look back to the boulder the fox is gone...

My Story Lupester was just a small pup when the incident happened. He was told by his parents to stay in the den until they return. They had something important to do. So he waited, being the only pup to survive to this age he was very careful not to let them down. He waited for many nights, sometimes they would go out for a few at a time if they thought their were hunters around. So he didn't think much of it...but then a week passed and still no parents had come to feed him, and he was getting very hungry and scared. One night when it was raining he decided he couldn't wait for a later time, he had to find them and tell them he was hungry. Looking both directions and sniffing the air carefully he made his way out of their little den. He traveled it must've been ten miles before he spotted their tracks and scent. Following it he was getting hopeful, until he stopped dead in his tracks to find a piece of fur lying on the ground. Smelling it he could tell it was his mothers. The tracks stopped there, he could smell an odd animal. Then he saw them, footprints in the mud that he recognized as the two leggeds. His eyes filled with tears and he ran back to the den as fast as he could. He forgot all about the food he had so badly wanted or needed. Crying himself to sleep he stayed there in misery. A few days later, another scent caught his nose outside of the den. He peeked out to find a gray looking fox sitting on top of his den. Aurora had caught the smell of his misery and came to his aid. She was a very sweet fox, the same age as him. She was a wanderer too, but not by the same reason, she just didn't want to be with her family anymore. She was ready to be on her own. She wanted to feel the freedom. From that day on they were inseperable.

My Kin Name: Destiny Relationship: My Mom She was kind hearted, and loving. But she was also bold and brave. I don't remember much of her because I was young when she died. She was raised in the mountains in a very remote place. She always told us how she loved us, how she hoped for us. And she truly was a doting mother. I miss her most of all. Name:Aiden Relationship: My Dad He was often very quiet but there was warmth that flowed from him. He defended us with every ounce of his being, we never doubted his love for us. He made us feel protected, even when he wasn't near us. Just being in our lives was warming.
